Job Summary:

We are looking for a Commercial Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Closed high-value deals through effective negotiation and presentation skills

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, B2B sales, or commercial contract closure
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with a strong focus on results and meeting targets
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using CRM tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Portuguese and English language proficiency (essential), Spanish at a conversational level (desired)
