Job Description

The role of the Head of Global Support at Iptor Supply Chain Systems is a high-profile position that demands exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and technical expertise. As the head of our global support team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of application and infrastructure service requests, ensuring adherence to SLAs and delivering high customer satisfaction.

This critical role requires a deep understanding of complex organizational dynamics, as well as extensive experience in services and hardware businesses. A strong background in the technical industry, preferably in a customer support services environment with prior IT-related call center or call dispatch experience, is essential for success in this position.

You will lead a team of consultants and specialists, ensuring compliance with customer contracts and internal policies while driving efficient and effective customer support on a global scale. Your primary focus will be on revenue and cost management, fostering strong partnerships with internal leaders, and setting higher standards for customer support to enhance both internal and external customer experiences.
