Role Description
We're looking for a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to help us craft captivating visual experiences that elevate our brand and engage our audience. As a seasoned designer, you'll play a vital role in shaping our visual identity and creating impactful designs that meet our business objectives.

About The Job
You'll work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to design and develop branding elements, such as logos, color schemes, typography, and more. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of design trends and maintain a strong online presence.

Your Responsibilities
• Graphic Design: Develop engaging graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
• Brand Development: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create comprehensive brand strategies that align with our business goals.
• Visual Identity Creation: Design and refine logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements to establish a unique brand identity.
• Consultation: Provide expert guidance on branding and design trends to ensure our projects remain modern, relevant, and competitive.
• Business Alignment: Align brand designs with business objectives and target audience preferences, using market research and user feedback.
• Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of the brand across all platforms and materials.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and integration across all aspects of the business.

About You
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand design or graphic design, preferably within the tech or crypto industry.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing previous brand design work and graphic design projects.
Creative and innovative thinker.
Business-savvy with a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
