Procuramos Brand Manager com reporte à Direção de Marketing, que terá como missão implementar o plano de marketing e compras das marcas sob a sua responsabilidade, efetuando o contacto direto com os Brand Owners internacionais, com o objetivo de alcançar as metas de vendas por cliente em conjunto com a equipa comercial.
Responsabilidades Implementação do Plano de Marketing e de Compras das Marcas da sua responsabilidadeGestão e contacto direto com os Brand Owners internacionais das marcasGestão autónoma de budget de marketing de acordo com target definido anualmenteCoordenação e execução do Plano Anual de Vendas e de Comunicação por cliente em conjunto com a equipa comercialDesenvolvimento de estratégias de Marketing adaptadas para alavancar o negócio nos pontos de vendaContacto e negociação direta com os fornecedoresMonitorização da cadeia de distribuição nacional das marcasGestão de compras e stocks de produtos das marcas da sua responsabilidadeDefinição de coleção anual adaptada ao mercado portuguêsSupervisão do terreno e da visibilidade das marcas sob sua responsabilidadeProdução de reports internos e junto dos Brand OwnersApoio à formação das marcas (técnicas de venda e produto)Requisitos Formação académica superior na área de Gestão, Marketing ou similarExperiência mínima de 3 anos como Brand Manager com funções semelhantes, preferencialmente em Grande Consumo ou RetalhoExcelente nível de Inglês (falado e escrito)Domínio de ferramentas informáticas: Microsoft Office, nomeadamente EXCELBom conhecimento das plataformas de gestão de redes sociais;Capacidade analíticaCapacidade de negociação e capacidade de influênciaOrientação para o ClienteFlexibilidade e capacidade de adaptaçãoProatividade e orientação para a ação e para os resultadosOrganização e trabalho em equipaBoa apresentação e elegância na expressão oralSe as suas qualificações corresponderem aos requisitos, entraremos em contato nos próximos dias para discutir os próximos passos no processo.
