Your New ResponsibilitiesMarket Insights and Research: Gather market insights regularly to ensure up-to-date business intelligence and in-depth knowledge about the brand, competition, and consumer, to develop winning plans.Marketing Activities: Support activation for 'Above the line' (TVC, Digital...), 'Below the line', and HCP communication for the assigned brands, in line with the yearly brand plan and mid-term strategies.
Work closely with the Senior Brand Manager, Category Head, Cluster Lead, HCP/Sales Management, Regulatory/Medical Managers to ensure effective and efficient execution of activities to achieve the planned competitive brand preference by target consumers.Media Planning: Support media implementation in line with company media guidelines and campaign objectives to maximize the impact of messages on the target audience and return on investment.Product Innovation: Investigate and recommend opportunities for new product developments (NPDs), monitor the process, and launch products to maintain competitiveness, capture new growth opportunities, and meet consumer needs.Customer Marketing: Support the development of brand activities at the customer level in close cooperation with trade marketing and sales management to achieve visibility and sell-out objectives.What Do You Need to Succeed?Education: University degree, preferably in Business and/or Marketing-related fields.Experience: 3 years of experience in Consumer Marketing, preferably in FMCG or Personal Care companies.Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to persuade and influence others.
Ambitious and self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple and complex tasks simultaneously, set priorities, allocate resources as required, and drive results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of using logical, analytical tools to address difficult issues and recommend potential decisions.Languages: Fluent Portuguese, Spanish & English.What the Company Can Offer YouDynamic and collaborative work environment.3 days working at the office, 2 days working at home.Multinational company.Competitive benefits and attractive compensation package.
