Job Description: As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level telephone support to our customers in German. Your role will involve assisting existing and potential customers with information and support related to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch telephone support to customers in German
  • Assist customers with information and support related to our products and services
  • Manage customer requests and ensure accurate updates in our systems
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German: You must be able to communicate effectively in German (minimum C1 level)
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
  • Telecom Interest: A genuine interest in telecommunications products and services
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy troubleshooting and configuring technical systems and devices
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 21:00)
