Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming queries from customers
  • Identifying issues and providing solutions
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Recording data in the CRM system
  • Providing ad-hoc support

Your Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be:

  • A native Dutch speaker
  • Have a business proficiency level of English
  • Motivated and committed
  • Have excellent communication and listening skills
  • A team player willing to work with diverse nationalities
