OLX is seeking a highly experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our finance team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities, ensuring OLX's sustained growth and competitive edge in a dynamic market landscape.
This includes leading the execution of comprehensive financial planning cycles, managing the annual valuation process, and conducting in-depth financial analysis to interpret business performance trends and variances.
The role also involves championing the adoption of data-driven reporting and automation, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and driving employee engagement.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, including strategic long-range plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts;
- Manage the annual valuation process, enhancing financial models and assumptions to accurately project OLX's market positioning and growth potential;
- Analyze business performance trends and variances, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiency;
- Oversee the implementation of data-driven reporting and automation, leveraging advanced financial systems and technologies;
- Promote cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Commercial and Technology FP&A teams, and across various functions and geographies;
- Drive employee engagement, creating a productive and motivating work environment;
- 10-15 years of experience in financial management, consulting, or investment banking, with a proven track record in FP&A;
- Deep understanding of financial planning, accounting principles, and sophisticated valuation methodologies;
- Agile and proactive mindset, with the ability to lead teams, work independently, adapt to change, and drive initiatives forward;
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence in a virtual, multicultural, and matrixed environment;
- Experience with OneSteam and Planning Analytics/Tableau is a plus as well as in data analytics tools and programming;
- Fluency in English is essential;
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
