Our Clinical Trial Learning & Training (CTL&T) organization is responsible for developing and implementing training strategies and designs for clinical trial training and global onboarding programs.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary range for this position is approximately $120,000-$170,000 based on industry standards and location considerations.

The Role:

We are seeking a Clinical Training Manager - Global Learning Experience to create, define, and drive learning strategy, techniques, and process capabilities to enable an industry-leading approach for training of GCO clinical trial teams and sites. This includes creating and enhancing functional role-based training programs for best-in-class training across the globe.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand intended training roles and skills to connect training content and approaches to delivery as part of onboarding and development activities of trainees.
  • Support the design, development, deployment, and administration of training programs that support internal business objectives.
  • Facilitate the overall training needs assessment with various teams to define training plans with clear learning objectives.
  • Establish a systematic approach to learning, using available resources to design, develop, and deploy value-added training solutions based on problem-solving analysis.
  • Design and develop innovative, comprehensive curriculums applying advanced design/development techniques and principles of adult learning theory.

Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Instructional Design, Training, Instructional Technology, or Education. Relevant experience and certifications will be considered.
