Job Title: Video Content Moderator in Lisbon

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Video Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. As a Video Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our video content.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and classify video content in accordance with our policies and procedures
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support on Trust & Safety actions
  • Ensure user and brand safety by identifying and removing inappropriate content
  • Work collaboratively with our international team to achieve common goals
  • Be available to work on a 24/7 shift rotation
Requirements:
  • Native level of German and good level of English
  • Ability to keep up-to-date with social media trends
  • Motivation and commitment to work
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
  • Valid Portuguese work permit
