About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Video Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. As a Video Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our video content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and classify video content in accordance with our policies and procedures
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support on Trust & Safety actions
  • Ensure user and brand safety by identifying and removing inappropriate content
  • Work in a 24/7 shift rotation to ensure continuous content moderation
Requirements
  • Native level of German and good level of English
  • Ability to keep up-to-date with social media trends and developments
  • Motivation and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
  • Valid Portuguese work permit
