We are seeking a skilled Video Content Moderator to join our team at CBT - Cross Border Talents. As a Video Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our streaming service content.

Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate online advertisements within our streaming service to ensure they meet our content guidelines.
  • Remove any inappropriate or objectionable content from our platform.
  • Review ads to ensure they are suitable for our target audience.
  • Apply local regulations and guidelines to remove ads that may not be suitable for children, such as ads for drinking soda under 12 years old.
Schedule

Our Video Content Moderator will work on a rotating shift schedule, ensuring 24/7 coverage. Shifts will rotate on a monthly basis, with options for 8am-5pm, 2pm-11pm, and 11pm-8am.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level).
  • No prior experience is required, but a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.
  • Valid EU ID, residence card, and certificate of protection (issued after March 2022).
Benefits

As a Video Content Moderator at CBT - Cross Border Talents, you will enjoy a competitive salary package, including:

  • Annual base salary: €14,000 (gross).
  • Language premium bonus: €235 per month.
  • Meal allowance: €7.63 per workday, paid in a meal card (net amount).
  • Transportation bonus: €720.
  • Yearly target bonus: 5% of the yearly gross base salary.
Contract and Relocation

We offer a 2-month training agreement followed by a 1-year fixed-term contract with a 30-day probation period. We also provide relocation support, including assistance with finding a house and bureaucratic support to obtain necessary documents.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process will consist of an initial screening, operations round interview, and HR interview.
