At AWS Enterprise Support, we are looking to hire a Cloud Solutions Architect who will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers' cloud journeys. This individual will work closely with our strategic energy partners to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that meet their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical engineering, operational parameters, and troubleshooting across various technologies such as compute, storage, networking, databases, DevOps, big data analytics, security, and application development in a distributed systems environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team and make a significant impact on the energy sector. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for developing trusting relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs, and providing monthly/quarterly metrics to assist with pre-launch planning.

You will also utilize your technical skills to solve complex support issues and technical challenges, understand operational parameters and troubleshooting processes for customer issues and escalations, and advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development.

In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate across multiple functions within AWS, including Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, Global TAM teams, and Sales Account Managers.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

The minimum requirements for this role include experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for at least three of the following: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data analytics, security, or applications development in a distributed systems environment.

A bachelor's degree, professional fluency in English, and experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings are also required. Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environments as a technical lead is highly valued.
