**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Dutch Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing expert support to our customers via phone, email, or chat
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
  3. Assisting customers with product-related questions and providing clear, helpful solutions
  4. Maintaining a strong knowledge of products and services to offer accurate information
  5. Keeping customers informed about the status of their requests and following up to ensure full resolution

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Dutch language skills at native level
  • Good command of English language
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus
