Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for consumer products to drive business growth and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development and communications, to ensure aligned marketing efforts
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve marketing goals and objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a consumer products industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in marketing software tools a plus

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
