Your responsibilities as a Customer Advisor for an insurance company will include:

  • Booking insurance meetings on behalf of Romanian insurers
  • Being the first point of contact with potential customers, identifying their needs and scheduling meetings directly with the insurer
  • Identifying issues and providing solutions
  • Collaborating with a team to achieve project success

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of Romanian and an advanced level of English
  • An interest in customer relationships and issue resolution
  • Energetic, innovative, and proactive working style
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
  • A valid EU citizenship or Portuguese work permit

This position offers:

  • A full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract
  • 39 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts
  • Salary: 871.40€/gross per 14 months, plus performance and complexity bonuses
  • Meal vouchers and reimbursement for initial flight tickets
