Job Description
We are searching for a skilled Global Event Specialist to join our project team. As part of this role, you will contribute to shaping and delivering exceptional customer experiences that enhance the Airbus brand and reputation. Your mission involves managing event invitations, subscriptions, and participant logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire invitation process for chosen events.
  • Verify and update Invitation lists.
  • Create engaging event invitations using the Event Management platform.
  • Coordinate the distribution of Save-the-dates, invitations, and reminders.

Participant Engagement
  • Track and manage responses and logistics data.
  • Monitor registrations and follow up on missing information.
  • Regularly report to Project Managers and Business Focal Points.
  • Deliver a comprehensive list of participants to Project Managers and Business Focal Points.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and direct users to Business Focal Points when necessary.

Supporting the Business Owner
  • Be the primary resource for Event Management platform users.
  • Assist users with platform-related queries and issues.
  • Manage access rights for end-users and maintain platform security.
  • Collaborate with the Business Owner to implement platform updates and new features.
  • Develop user guides and tips for the Event Management platform.

Essential Requirements
  • Proficiency with IT tools (e.g., CRM, database management).
  • Organized and methodical work approach.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • International experience.
  • Team player with problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong English language skills.
