Boutique Hotel Team Member for Customer-Oriented Tasks

At AHG - Atmosphere Hospitality Group, we are seeking an experienced and versatile individual to join our team as a Boutique Hotel Team Member for Customer-Oriented Tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assist with daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, focusing on attention to detail to maintain high standards.
- Manage reservations, handle invoicing and payments, and coordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
We offer a competitive salary range of approximately €2,000-€3,500 per month, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as:

- A flexible and rotating schedule to accommodate your personal preferences.
- Initial and continuous training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of the Portuguese language is highly valued but not mandatory.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays, as these periods are typically busy for hotels.
