About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Romanian-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our customers, working closely with prestigious worldwide brands.
Your Mission:
- Support customer activities by offering high-quality service while working on various projects.
- Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries, providing timely and empathetic solutions to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of consumer enquiries, questions, and feedback on our database.
- Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Fluency in Romanian (Native)
- A valid Work Permit
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
- Typing Speed: 25 words per minute
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication, listening, and empathy skills
- Good time management skills
- Team spirit and flexibility
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €12,500 - €15,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
