**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers through phone, chat, or email.

About the Role

You will assist viewers with their inquiries, provide account and application support, and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your empathy and team spirit, will enable you to create a positive experience for our customers.

What You Will Do

  • Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries
  • Provide account and application support to viewers regarding software functionality
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
  • Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Clients

Your Qualifications

  • High level of French, Portuguese, and English (oral and written)
  • Passionate about the entertainment and media industry
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Familiar with digital streaming services and devices
  • Positive and can-do attitude
