Beverage Business Development Manager will lead Spraga Global's efforts in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the beverage market. This role will focus on building relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth and improve profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development within the Portuguese beverage industry, with expertise in sales strategy, channel development, and partnership management. They will be able to leverage their knowledge of the market, customer insights, and commercial acumen to drive business growth and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the beverage market.
  • Build relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development within the Portuguese beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales strategy, channel development, and partnership management.
  • Deep knowledge of the beverage market, customer insights, and commercial acumen.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
