Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Northern region of Germany, specifically around the Hamburg area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget analysis and forecasting
  • Tailoring solutions to individual business needs
  • Handling public tenders and contract negotiations
  • Forecasting and reporting: order forecasting, prospect list, competition
  • Sales administration recorded on Sales Force.Com (SFDC)
  • Partnering and strategizing with Clinical Application Specialists
  • Account management - client relations
  • Organizing and supporting regional customer events
About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales, preferably within the medical devices industry. You should have a proven track record of success in selling to the hospital and medical sector, with a strong understanding of the Point of Care medical imaging market. Fluency in German (C2-level) and English (C1-level or higher) is essential, as is the ability to work in an international environment.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Northern region of Germany. You will work closely with our Clinical Application Specialists to gain new business and expand on existing markets.
