Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Language Matters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Northern regions of Germany, focusing on the Hamburg area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget analysis and forecasting based on market demand
  • Tailoring solutions to meet individual business needs
  • Handling public tenders and contract negotiations
  • Presenting company and product information to clients
  • Sales administration and record-keeping on Sales Force.com (SFDC)
  • Partnering with Clinical Application Specialists to drive business growth
  • Account management and client relations
  • Organizing and supporting regional customer events
  • Representing the company at regional, national, and international events

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales, preferably in the medical devices industry. You should be fluent in German (C2-level) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken. Experience in selling to hospital and medical sectors, as well as knowledge of the Point of Care medical imaging market, is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C2-level) and English (C1-level or higher)
  • At least three years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical devices industry
  • Experience in selling to hospital and medical sectors
  • Knowledge of the Point of Care medical imaging market
