As a Customer Success Strategist in our Lisbon office, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their consumption milestones aligned with their priorities. You will track progress, resolve blockers, and keep activities on schedule. Your goal will be to identify areas where adoption could be improved and take action to drive usage.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and priorities, and leverage your technical aptitude and industry awareness to translate customer interactions into customer business impact and value.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND relevant experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English (reading, speaking and writing)
