**Job Description**: As a Customer Experience Engineer for E-commerce, you will be the first point of contact for clients using our Shopify platform. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and professional technical support via phone, email, or chat. You will focus on resolving critical issues that negatively impact the customer experience, particularly those affecting checkout or store access. To achieve this, you will need to respond promptly and professionally to incoming alerts and issues, escalating complex cases to higher-level teams when necessary and following up until resolution.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**: To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 2+ years of experience with Shopify
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, software applications, and hardware components
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also being a team player
- Patientience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upper-Intermediate English level
