Job Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical assistance to our customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with our engineering teams to resolve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 technical service support to customers
- Triage incidents and troubleshoot technical issues
- Help customers use our software products and services
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and prioritize technical issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our knowledge base
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a SaaS or software company
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with Android, web technologies, APIs, and basic programming concepts
Nice to Have
- Experience with Jira Service Desk
- Certifications in IT (e.g., CompTIA A+)
