Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled International Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Customer Success Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or social media.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues with creativity and resourcefulness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Meet key performance indicators to ensure the success of your department.
Requirements:
- A native level of German and at least a B2 level of English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Valid Portuguese work permit required.
