Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll play a key role in providing world-class service to clients while working on projects with top prestigious and worldwide brands.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming queries from customers and identify issues to provide solutions.
  • Evaluate and improve customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • A native level of German and at least a B2 level of English.
  • Knowledge of the value and impact of excellent customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
