Job Summary:As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll play a key role in providing world-class service to clients while working on projects with top prestigious and worldwide brands.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming queries from customers and identify issues to provide solutions.
- Evaluate and improve customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- A native level of German and at least a B2 level of English.
- Knowledge of the value and impact of excellent customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Drive for excellence and professionalism.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
