Job Summary
Smartex is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing prompt and effective technical support to customers, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
Document customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
Monitor and analyze service metrics to optimize our ticket resolution process

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or similar
1+ year of relevant experience in a related field
2+ years of work experience in Linux and the ability to troubleshoot issues in this environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Fast learner, ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
