- Develop and implement best practices in revenue management
- Analytical spirit and commercial mindset
- Strong sense of need to fulfill targets and succeed
- Solid ability and knowledge to develop standards for operations and strategic processes
- Good analytical and numerical skills for rapid data processing
- Good listening skills and ability to anticipate business needs
The ideal candidate will have a high level of motivation, determination, and commitment, as well as proficiency in Portuguese and English. Experience with the RM Ideas programme and PMS Opera is an asset.
