We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to lead our pre-opening efforts at Andaz Lisbon. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, attracting new guests, and creating unforgettable experiences.
Key Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years progressive hotel sales and/or revenue experience.
- Pre-opening experience is essential.
- Ability to create and execute Strategic Revenue Plan to enhance revenue.
- Negotiation/interpretation of contracts skills.
- Portuguese & English are prerequisites for business communication skills - both written and verbal.
The successful candidate will have:
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Excellent personal management skills, including time management, effective communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems.
