Pemo.io is transforming business expenses with smarter solutions. As our first Revenue Operations hire, you'll build the foundation for our revenue operations function, spanning Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Marketing Operations.
We are looking for a data-driven and entrepreneurial Revenue Operations Manager to optimize and align revenue-generating functions. This is a unique opportunity to own the full spectrum of operations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

- Develop and refine marketing, sales, and customer success processes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) across teams.
- Own and manage tools such as Hubspot, Attio, Vitally, Google Analytics, Looker, Mixpanel, Segment, and other key platforms.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue, Marketing, or Sales Operations, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with Hubspot, Vitally, or other CRM platforms.
