GrabJobs is seeking a highly analytical Revenue Growth Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales, revenue, and P&L performance to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth.

About the Job

You will work closely with senior leadership and management teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business objectives. This includes analyzing sales, revenue, and P&L performance, as well as managing forecasting and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales, revenue, and P&L performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Manage forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support strategic initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (finance, accounting, or business controlling).
  • Strong skills in P&L analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Experience with BI tools and financial reporting systems is a plus.
  • Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented with an independent mindset.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
