As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will contribute to our revenue growth strategy, leveraging data analytics and process optimization to drive business results.
This role requires a strong understanding of data visualization tools and SQL, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about data analysis, possess a keen eye for detail, and be able to communicate complex insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in sales and revenue processes, develop recommendations, and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Reporting & Analytics: Design and develop reports and dashboards to track key revenue and sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Data Quality: Ensure CRM data accuracy and hygiene, including deduplication, enrichment, and compliance with internal data policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align processes and ensure a seamless revenue flow.
