Responsibilities:Drive ongoing efforts to maximize revenue across all streams within the hotel units.Monitor and measure revenue performance in hotels, spas, restaurants, events, and parking facilities against established goals.Conduct strategic analysis of competitors and market dynamics.Develop revenue management strategies and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and data automation tools.Proficiency in English (CEFR B2).Minimum of 3 years' experience in Revenue Management.In-depth knowledge of price positioning, inventory management, distribution, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.Knowledge of hotel management software: PMS, Channel Manager, and RMS (preferably Ideas G3 RMS).Professional background in the hospitality sector.Skills: Commercial vision and strategic innovation;Strong planning and organizational skills;Effective time management and the ability to work under pressure;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Dynamic and proactive approach.What Savoy Signature offers you:
