Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales & Events Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and maintain existing guest relationships.
  2. Promote awareness of the hotel's brand image internally and externally.
  3. Coordinate with the Team to build synergy between Sales and Operational departments.
  4. Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or email.
  5. Responsible for ongoing analysis & tracking of progress against milestones, identifying & prioritizing bottlenecks or opportunities for accelerating progress.
  6. Contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems, including up-selling.
  7. Carry out technical visits for groups, events, and weddings.
  8. Plan, manage, and organize events in accordance with clients' requests.
  9. Manage contracts with suppliers.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information

Fluent in English.

Spanish, French or another European language is a must.
