Décription du poste
  • Collaborer avec les managers et responsables pour comprendre les besoins en recrutement.
  • Publier les offres sur les plateformes de recrutement.
  • Rechercher activement des candidats via les bases de données.
  • Trier les CV et sélectionner les profils correspondant aux critères demandés.
  • Contacter les candidats par téléphone ou e-mail pour une première prise de contact.
  • Organiser et mener des entretiens téléphoniques, en visioconférence.
  • Évaluer les compétences techniques.
  • Analyser les soft skills et la motivation du candidat.
  • Présenter les candidats sélectionnés aux responsables opérationnels.
  • Constituer et mettre à jour les dossiers des candidats.
  • Gérer les contrats, signatures et formalités administratives.

Compétences et qualifications requises
  • Une première expérience en tant que chargé(e) de recrutement est requise.
  • Passeport européen ou carte d'identité.
  • Franchais natif/Niveau C2.
  • Avoir un niveau d'anglais niveau C1 minimum (parlé et écrit).
