About the Role

As a Demand Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the talent pipeline efficiently. This includes collaborating with sales to gather requirements, prioritizing requests, and ensuring alignment with company goals. You will identify and screen potential candidates through various channels, prepare them for interviews, and present them to clients. Your goal will be to ensure that client requests for specific profiles are met promptly, either through internal resources or external recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and prioritize client needs: Collaborate with sales to gather requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Source and match consultants: Identify and screen potential candidates through various channels, prepare them for interviews, and present them to clients.
  • Facilitate the placement process: Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and help close deals, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and consultants.
  • Ensure successful delivery: Oversee contract compliance, manage replacements if needed, and maintain ongoing communication with clients and consultants.
Requirements:
  • Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or any other equivalent/relevant field.
  • General experience in managing teams, preferably in a Time & Materials business environment or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Experience in the IT sector in which the company operates can be a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and internal processes.
  • Capability to speak, understand, read, and write English at a professional level.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is between €45,000 and €65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
