As a key player in our team, your primary responsibility will be to manage client requests for specific profiles, ensuring timely delivery through internal resources or external recruitment. Your expertise will ensure that the right candidates are matched with clients, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and prioritize client needs by collaborating with sales teams, gathering requirements, and aligning with company objectives.
  • Source and match consultants by identifying potential candidates, screening them, preparing them for interviews, and presenting them to clients.
  • Facilitate the placement process by coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and helping close deals, ensuring a seamless transition for both clients and consultants.
  • Ensure successful delivery by overseeing contract compliance, managing replacements if needed, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients and consultants.
  • Maintain records and reporting by tracking candidate information, placements, and resourcing activities, providing regular updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Holding a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or any other relevant field.
  • General experience in managing teams, preferably in a Time & Materials business environment or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Experience in the IT sector can be an advantage; exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and internal processes.
  • Proficiency in English at a professional level.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
