We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Phiture.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the Key Account channel strategy and ensure high visibility and best-in-class service within larger key accounts; Develop and implement a growth strategy to meet sales goals; Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with key accounts, including hotels and other hospitality businesses; Provide training and support to help them achieve their business objectives; Ensure consistent application of our strategy across all key accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute our commercial guidelines and guarantee quality standards; Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate payment from key accounts.
Consistency of the Nespresso Brand; Professional sales service in accordance with the Nespresso brand image; Optimization of brand equity and visibility through the Nespresso Experience, brand exposure and product trials.
