Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Global Sales Leader to lead our commercial operations and drive growth in the global hygiene industry.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales management within the hygiene sector, particularly relating to raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets;
  • Prospect new market opportunities and lead market analysis efforts to identify trends and new potential partnerships;
  • Manage key client relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities;
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly;
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve business goals;
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts;
  • Attend industry conferences and events to boost company presence and network;
  • Regular international travel to meet with clients and manage relationships with international commercial partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field;
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, specifically within the hygiene industry materials sector (mandatory);
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements in the hygiene products industry;
  • Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory;
  • Demonstrable ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and manage international commercial partnerships;
  • Strong mentoring and people management skills;
  • Availability for regular international travel (mandatory);
  • Resilience, client orientation, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
