Job Requirements

We are looking for an RPA Technical Support Analyst to join our team in Porto (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-3 years of IT experience in application support
  • Basic knowledge of RPA tools and technologies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (preferably C# and/or VB.Net)
  • Problem-solving skills: ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions, as well as the capability to proactively identify and address potential issues within RPA processes
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory - minimum B2)
Key Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Adaptability and continuous learning: Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and best practices in the RPA field, as well as the capability to continuously learn and improve skills to stay updated with the latest developments in RPA
  • Nice to have: Technical degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent Software Engineering experience; UiPath Certification(s); Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts; Experience with the Atlassian stack and Version Control; Familiarity with Elastic Search and Kibana; ITIL certification
