Human Resources Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Services Specialist to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the analysis, interpretation, and application of complex information to achieve divisional and corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HR knowledge in relevant local regulations and Company principles, processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Support FedEx managers in talent recruitment and selection.
  • Support implementation and ongoing compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Support an effective working environment by acting as a mediator and advisor in cases of individual and collective employer disputes.
  • Identify issues or opportunities and develop recommendations for HR Management.
  • Participate in the development of HR Systems that support effective information management and decision making.
  • Support HR and Business initiatives driving change and transformation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (preferred) in human resource management.
  • Broad knowledge and experience in employee/labour relations.
  • Solid experience in HR Processes, preferably within a large fast-paced organization.
  • Exceptional influencing skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise a busy workload.
