About The Job

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, driving business growth and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads for our sales team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to develop targeted sales strategies, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our sales processes and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential customers.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple leads and opportunities.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Passion for technology.
  • 1-2 Years experience in outbound prospecting.
  • German Speaking.
