About this Opportunity

Ericsson is seeking a skilled Telecom Network Recovery Specialist to join our Emergency Recovery Centre (ERC) team. This role presents an opportunity for career growth within customer support from both technical and management aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for restoring customer systems in the shortest possible time
  • Brainstorm and provide solutions to customers' problems during emergencies and in post-mortem phase or cross-domain task forces and RCA CSRs
  • Drive effective collaboration internally while interacting closely with customers
  • Remove barriers and address complex situations about technical and business challenges while driving the emergency
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Customer Support experience
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Telecom Products (e.g., 5GC, EPC, Cloud, IMS)
  • Broad Solution and Networking experience in a Telecom domain preferably in E2E network-level troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated leadership, excellent analytical & problem-solving capability, and negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills; including oral, written, and presentations
  • Customer orientation, excellent collaboration, and conflict management skills
  • The ability to remain calm and focused under extremely stressful situations and be open-minded when approaching problems, considering all inputs and available alternatives before making decisions

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on your location and experience. In addition, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
