About the Job Description:

  • Develop and implement company-wide compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews to identify risks and areas for improvement.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance matters.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Support the drafting and implementation of company policies and charters.
  • Assist in maintaining company records, including legal registers, meeting minutes, and statutory documentation.

Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to support daily operations.
  • Manage legal disputes and litigation in coordination with external counsel when required.
  • Draft and review securitization documents, including prospectuses, offering memorandums, servicing agreements, and other transaction-related legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with securitization regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree or specialized certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal counsel or in a similar role, ideally in a corporate environment.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong knowledge of compliance, corporate governance, and general business law.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
