Stratégiste Commerciale Senior

L'entité française de notre groupe à forte croissance vous propose le poste de Stratégiste Commerciale Senior. Nous sommes un équipe dynamique du département commercial au cœur de la stratégie du Groupe. En tant que spécialiste, vous serez responsable d'un portefeuille composé d'entreprises clientes de notre Groupe.
Vos responsabilités seront multiples : assurer le renouvellement des contrats mis en place sur une base clients identifiée ; identifier des décisionnaires clés au sein des organisations clientes et les engager régulièrement ; vous positionner comme interlocuteur clé pour la réussite de leur stratégie de formation.
Pour ce poste, nous recherchons quelqu'un motivé et dynamique qui soit attiré par la vente de services à valeur ajoutée aux entreprises et les nouvelles technologies. Vous devez être orienté(e) résultat et avoir un sens relationnel aigu pour détecter et entretenir des opportunités de croissance avec les différents acteurs de votre secteur.
Ressources Humaines
Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec un Customer Success Manager qui a pour rôle de déployer le dispositif que vous avez créé pour votre client. Vous êtes également responsable de toute la phase d'appel d'offres (rendez-vous de préparation, réponse, soutenance, négociation).
Spécialistes Commerciaux
Vous mettez en place une stratégie d'Upsell efficace (solutions additionnelles, ouvertures de nouvelles entités). Pour ce faire, vous développez une solution eLearning 100% SaaS adaptée à l'environnement client et aux évolutions de ses enjeux opérationnels ou stratégiques.
