Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Contract Operations Specialist to join our team in $60,000 - $80,000 per year. As a key member of our GBS Western Europe and Africa Hub, you will play a crucial role in optimizing processes and providing services driven by expertise in areas such as business administration, human resources, supply chain management, sales, marketing, and engineering.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to review and understand customer requirements and contract terms;
  • Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, create reports, and initiate actions in case of deviations;
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure timely invoicing and delivery of goods or services as per contract terms;
  • Provide support and guidance to the sales team regarding contract-related matters;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize the contract administration process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role;
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously;
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Work on a team environment, presentation skills, familiar with presentations to stakeholders;
  • Fluent writing and speaking, in Italian and English (both languages mandatory).
