As a Sales Growth Specialist at TN Portugal, you will be responsible for expanding our client base through proactive prospecting and building relationships with key decision-makers. Your goal will be to schedule meetings with the sales team and qualify prospects before setting up meetings.

You will define outreach strategies, establish contact with potential clients, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce. The company provides training on its business operations, including sales techniques, products, customer relationship management, performance monitoring, and prospecting tools.

Key requirements for this position include a first experience in telephone prospecting (outbound calls) in B2B, proficiency in one of the following languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian or Spanish, and knowledge of Salesforce. You must also be able to communicate effectively via phone and have strong relationship-building skills.
