Your Key Responsibilities:

  2. Provide expert guidance and support in finding the right booking solutions.
  3. Follow up with customers during their vacation, offering prompt and effective solutions including refunds when necessary.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to expand our network.
  5. Generate high-quality leads and drive sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  6. Deliver exceptional customer support and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  1. EU citizenship or valid residency card is required.
  2. Fluent levels in French and English are essential.
  3. You should be motivated and committed to your work, with excellent communication and listening skills.
  4. A travel enthusiast with a passion for making a difference in the travel industry would thrive in this role.

About the Job:

  • This is a full-time position (40h/week) on rotating shifts Mon-Sun 7AM-7PM.
  • The salary conditions include two options: Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month; Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month.
  • We offer a range of benefits for international candidates, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU), assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon arrival, and free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.
